Chef’s Background
My passion for food and history have been profoundly impacted by learning about mushroom foraging from master foragers, studying food pathways and agriculture, and how ingredients have traveled around the world to shape food culture as we know it. I welcome any opportunity to expand my knowledge and experiment with different ways of operating. I enjoy the challenge of working around special diets, whether that means vegan, grain-free, diabetic-friendly, or gluten-free. Allow me the opportunity of designing an event just for you.
